Availability for the 2025 Season

As we gear up for our 59th season, we are excited to share our availability for upcoming events and summer rentals. Whether you're planning a holiday getaway or a week-long stay, we have options available to suit your needs.

Memorial Day Weekend Availability

We will be open for Memorial Day weekend in 2025. Our cottages will be available, providing the perfect backdrop for your holiday celebrations.

Special Event: Laconia Motorcycle Week

Availability for the First Weekend Only
We have limited availability for the Laconia Motorcycle Week from June 7 to June 13. Reserve your spot early.

Summer Weekly Rentals

Plan your summer escape with us. Here's our available cottage schedule:
  • June 28 to July 5: Cottages #6, and #10
  • August 16 to August 23: Cottage #6
  • August 23 to August 29 (6 nights): Cottages #2, #5, #6, #7, #10, and #15
Please Note: We have no availability for Labor Day weekend from August 29 to September 1.

Fall Availability

Enjoy our cottages after Labor Day through Columbus Day, October 13. We offer daily and weekly rentals throughout the spring and fall seasons (May, June, September, and October).
Note: Weekly rentals are available during July and August, with check-in on Saturdays.
